Employers in Great Britain with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish the following four types of figures annually on their websites and to report the results to the UK government:
• Gender pay gap
• Gender bonus gap
• Proportion of men and women receiving bonuses
• Proportion of men and women in each quartile of the organisation’s pay structure.
Falkirk Community Trust’s Gender Pay Gap report can be found here.
The Trust’s gender pay gap compares favourably to national statistics and it is committed to reducing the gap wherever possible. A recruitment and selection policy is in place which incorporates a commitment to equal opportunities.
