We are looking for a Digital Content Officer to join our busy Marketing Team at Falkirk Community Trust. This newly created role will work across both internal and external communication channels creating and distributing content for a range of arts, sports, heritage and tourism venues and attractions.
In the role you are accountable for:
Managing content changes to our website and other digital channels. This includes ensuring that all content changes support FCT plans, delivers customer benefits, are consistent throughout the customer journey and are delivered to the required standards. Contributing to the weekly planning, ensuring great team vision, collaboration and results. Managing our CMS and our content changes, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and content change is delivered maintaining website/digital integrity.
Managing your own workload and contribute to the efficiency of the team to ensure all tasks are done on time, as per requirements and adhere to team governance processes to ensure great team vision, risk management, collaboration and results.
Proactively working and building relationships with multiple stakeholders in the business to achieve measurable successful content change for our customers.
Experience relevant for the role:
Solid knowledge of implementing digital plans and industry standards of responsive design, web browsers, HTML, CSS, accessibility, SEO, testing, content model, content change processes.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills encouraging positive engagement.
The successful candidate will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust.
