Regardless of if you’ve got a fortnight booked all-inclusive in the Maldives, have a long weekend in a caravan in Morecambe pencilled in, or a few hours of peace in the back garden on the sun lounger to look forward to between work and playing taxi to the kids, summer inevitably means peeling off the winter layers and facing what’s underneath.
But worry not if you’re more muffin-top than muscle-man, more bingo-wings than bikini-body, we have a plan to help you get ready for summer.
Starting on 1st May, join us for 60 Days ‘til Summer, and aim to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing by taking part in one of our 60 day challenges. For those newer to fitness, or looking for tips and advice as to how to get active and improve general health, our first challenge will set daily goals, provide you with exercises to complete, as well as offering lots of helpful tips towards living a healthier lifestyle. And for those already active and undertaking regular exercise, there is an additional challenge of exercises to help you take your fitness up a notch.
