We would like to apologise to all our members as we have experienced an unforeseen technical problem, this month with our direct debits. We have been working hard to resolve this problem, to place the additional money back into your bank account, as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to the Easter weekend, the money will be placed into all your accounts by Tuesday next week (7th April). We can confirm if any member receives any bank charges, we will refund you the full amount. Please contact us via email if you incur charges due to this error and we will arrange a refund for you, with immediate effect.
