What is the John Muir Way?
The John Muir Way opened in 2014 and is a coast-to-coast walk stretching from Helensburgh
to his birthplace in Dunbar. Travelling through Falkirk and many of our local landmarks
including Kinneil Estate, the Way effectively bisects the country in a 134 mile pathway over easy terrain
which can be completed on foot, on bicycle or even horseback! For more information
on the pathways, visit www.johnmuirway.org.
