  • Edinburgh University - Scotland's War

    Edinburgh University's 'Scotland's War' project will work with a range of organisations, including the National Library of Scotland, the Scottish Military Research Group, local schools and HistoryFest, to develop activities and resources during the entire centenary.

  • Commonwealth War Graves Commission

    You can search the CWGC database for information on 23,000 cemeteries, memorials and other locations locally and worldwide where Commonwealth casualties from both world wars are commemorated.

  • Imperial War Museum

    IWM (Imperial War Museums) is leading the First World War Centenary Partnership, a network of local, regional, national and international cultural and educational organisations.

  • Royal British Legion Scotland

    The Royal British Legion Scotland helps ex-services men and women of all ages across Scotland to adapt to civilian life by providing community, friendship and practical advice. RBLS members lead and help to organise remembrance events around Scotland, working with schools and young people, and providing support to other veterans' charities in fundraising activities.
