What happens if items are returned late?

You will be asked to pay a charge for overdue items. Please see the list of fees and charges.

You can avoid overdue charges by renewing your items before they become overdue. Also ask a member of staff about pre-overdue reminders, where we can send you emails 3 days before your items are due for return.
