On the water we can treat you to the thrills and spills of white water rivers in
a kayak or raft, or we can take you on river treks and lochs journeys in open canoes,
penetrating remote moorland and camping on sandy beaches.
BCU Star Award / white water kayaking
White water kayaking BCU Star Award classes can give you the skills to start white
water kayaking. Day trips to classic rivers, such as the Awe, Tay and Tweed for
the paddler looking for average thrills, while the adventurous can come together
to do the Roy, Braan or Nith.
Canoe river trips
Canoe river trips can be expeditions on the Spey and the Tay;
or on far away lochs like Loch Affric; or single day trips to the Dochart, Earn
or Clyde. These are only examples; canoe and kayak trips are organised for rivers
all over the country.
Sea kayak trips
Sea kayak trips and expeditions are also currently underway. You
can have pleasant days off the Lothian or Fife coasts, or the Firth of Clyde, while
expeditions go to the wild Argyll coast of sea-lochs and islands.
