Competitive Swimming Clubs

There are currently 3 competitive swimming clubs within the local area, which are all accredited to the Scottish Swimming standard (SwiMark). They train on various nights within the public and school pools. For more information regarding the local clubs please visit the club's websites or contact Sports Development.

Water Polo

Water Polo in the Falkirk area is now delivered by Forth Valley Water Polo club following separation from Falkirk Otter ASC last year.

Synchronised Swimming

Falkirk Community Trust is working towards starting a new synchronised swimming club, taster sessions have been run and have proved popular. It is hoped to have the club started in July.

Dolphin Swimming Club (Disabilities)

The Dolphin swimming Club is a recreational disabilities club running alternate weeks on a Saturday at Grangemouth Sports Complex.

Bo'ness Disabilities Club

The Bo'ness Disabilities club is a recreational and competitive club offer sessions on alternate Saturdays at Bo'ness Recreation Centre

Grangemouth Lifesaving Club

Grangemouth Lifesaving club offer training on various levels of lifesaving, sessions take place on Tuesday and Sunday Evenings.

Rookies (Children) Lifesaving

These classes are for children to learn the skills required for lifesaving, session take place Wednesday 18:00-19:30. Please contact Grangemouth Sports Complex for more information.
