Anyone who lives, works or studies in the Falkirk area may join Falkirk library. Books, music, DVDs and other items are available for loan.

This library also provides free high speed internet access and has a wireless computer network.

Parking at Falkirk Library

Parking is unavailable at Falkirk Library itself, however nearby Council car parks are located in Meeks Road, Garrison Place and Melville Street.

Apply for your Free Bus Pass at Falkirk Library

Falkirk Library is now the only place in the Falkirk Council area where you can apply for a concessionary travel pass. Please note that applications will only be processed on the following days/times:

  • Tuesdays: 10am - 2pm
  • Thursdays: 4pm - 7pm

Lost or replacement passes

If you have lost or need your pass replaced, you do not need to visit the library. Call the Contact Centre on 01324 506070.
