Shoshin Karate Centres hold classes for both children and adults, with the minimum age of enrolment being 6 years old. You do not have to be fit to start as long as you are in good health your fitness and skill level will gradually increase through time and training.
Japan Karate Shotorenmei is an international organisation that teaches authentic Shotokan Karate from Japan, as taught by the late Master Tetsuhiko Asai, 10th Dan (1935-2006).
All instructors are fully insured and certified coaches through the Scottish Karate Governing Body (SKGB), the only recognised governing body for Karate in Scotland, and are Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Certified.
Shoshin Karate Centres welcome total beginners as well as the more advanced practitioners and students of other arts to our classes.
