This circuit is ideal for a little home exercise while we are all stuck indoors and can be adapted for all abilities. If can start with 1 minute options as well and then build up to 2 minutes, then options to repeat. This will take about 15-20 minutes.

- Jumping jacks or half jacks.
- Wall press ups.
- High knees / jog on the spot.
- Upright rows (use 4 pints of milk as weight or tin or beans).
- March on the spot.
- Standing mountain climbers.
- Bodyweight squats / knee bends.
- Wall sit or stand.
